This episode we do a little grounding through the breath to start to build inner awareness and I ask you to reflect upon how we are functioning in our life. Here are the reflection questions I as in the episode:
- How do I move or act, think, feel, respond or react as well as feel through out the day (reflect on a week as a whole if you choose).
- What areas of my day do I notice are easiest and what areas are more challenging? Who is involved?
- What has been most challenging this week? What lessons did it teach me?
- What do I have control of and what is one thing I can add change or work on this week?
- What ways will I struggle? How can I prepare for this so I’m successful?
