The content given over in english is taken from the sefer Meboiai Shabbos by Reb Spitzer a skver chossid

The sefer offers practical advice and insights into making shabbos more meaningful for all of us

It also discusses the reasons why we do a lot of the customs that we have on shabbos

I have learnt the sefer several times and i hope it will inspire you the way it has me
