Utah is a state that upholds capital punishment for certain crimes. According to God, there are actually two reasons for the death penalty
The first reason is because man is God’s highest creation, and we are an image bearer of God (Genesis 1:26). To murder a person, who is made in the image of God, is in essence to slap God in the face, dishonor, and sin directly against God.
