I understand that discipline is required to get the things we want. There are two issues I see with that:
- The judgement of not being the person who has capacity for being able to get the thing
- The thing I’ve learned about life is that life is about living, and the meaning of life is to live and being a human being is about be.

Mowing the lawn
Bec back with the girls

Eliza watching paw patrol with me while I finish my work
- Bouncing on the tramp together
- Helping me make breakfast
Down for a nap
Team coming for management meeting
- Great feedback from everyone
- Ownership being taken heaps
- Zee taking the training thing
Realising it’s always about taking ownership and empowerment
- I’m the problem
Working on the vision feedback from the team
Heading out to get the stuff for the mini games
Moving the iPads
Fixing the sign
Coming home to see Elle
Bec heading out to dinner with Tilly
- Being glad that she did
- Tilly talking about her hair
  - Her identity stuff, and knowing that we need to dial it back on her. Make sure we’re still cherishing her as much as we love her
