À propos de cet audio

Being a leader, a founder, or an innovator of any kind is a life service. It often comes at an immense personal toll that includes burnout, sacrifice, and/or imposter syndrome.

Enter JADED, the weekly chat series that serves as an unfiltered decompression chamber where forces of nature, it-girls, disrupters, and cultural tastemakers, step outside the confines of their curated spaces and have honest conversations about the unglamorous sides of their work, lessons and fails in leadership and how to not lose yourself in your passion and ambitions.

Just like its host, this podcast is a multi-hyphenate. It’s part interview, part spontaneity, each episode capable of taking viewers to new emotional spaces as Jade and her guests dive into beliefs, skepticism, trends, fears, life-and-work-hacks, and new bold ideas for today’s biggest issues. From politics to health, this is a holistic unpacking of what makes us jaded and how we overcome stuckness and alchemize our cynicism.

  • JADED by Leadership: Deb Haaland on Imposter Syndrome, the Trump Administration, & Fighting Back
    Feb 18 2026

Being the first Native person to serve in a presidential Cabinet is a historic milestone, but it’s also a path filled with immense pressure and sometimes loneliness. This week, Jade catches up with her mentor Secretary Deb Haaland to reflect on her historic tenure at the Department of the Interior and her current race for Governor of New Mexico.

They dive into the "keyboard warrior" culture that exists even within our own movements, the importance of acknowledging collective harm before healing can begin with an honest conversation about the emotional aftermath of President Biden’s long overdue apology for Federal Indian Boarding Schools, and why representation is about much more than just a seat at the table. Join us for the season one finale of JADED!

    Feb 11 2026

Can we build a world that isn't disposable? Together, the two explore the intersections of climate grief, the disposability of culture, and why choosing community over a "bunker apocalypse" is the only way to build impactful power.

  • Jaded by History: Kahlil Greene on Gun Culture, Censorship & Anti-Intellectualism
    Feb 4 2026

What happens when staying curious becomes a radical act? This week on JADED, Jade sits down with "Gen Z Historian" and digital educator Kahlil Greene to discuss the dangerous rise of anti-intellectualism and the weaponization of history.

The two dive into Kahlil’s viral experience being escorted out of a Forbes conference after an intervention for gun violence prevention. From the racialized origins of American gun culture and the dangers of the "thoughts and prayers" cycle that blocks real change, to the importance of Black-Indigenous solidarity, Kahlil shares how he’s using digital education to combat censorship and reclaim the narrative.
