He mentions the results of what he was doing lead to wounds festering. He was brought very low, mourning, back full of searing pain, feeble, crushed and groaned anguished in heart. His light has gone out of his eyes. He knew why and he knew what to do about it.

"Say this, not that". Can you give examples of things you could speak differently to show the love of God to another person. Maybe it's the way you talk to yourself. Start paying attention to what you say and as the saying goes, treat others as you would like to be treated. We will say speak to others as you would like to be spoken to.
