  • Tales From The Cult Ep. 001| I Escaped IUIC: Inside the Black Cult That Tried to Silence Me
    Jul 20 2025

Tales From The Cult is a powerful podcast and YouTube series created by Gina Blue (also known as Karizma Speaks on YouTube), a former member of the controversial religious group Israel United in Christ (IUIC).

    ----more----

Israel United in Christ (IUIC) is a Black-founded, Hebrew Israelite group that teaches Blacks, Hispanics, and Native Americans are the true descendants of the biblical Israelites. A retired NYPD detective leads IUIC, and it has been widely criticized for its exclusionary and extremist beliefs, including its refusal to allow White individuals or those not listed on their 12 Tribes chart to congregate.

In this episode of Tales From The Cult, Karizma shares her firsthand experience inside IUIC, describing what she perceived as religious, mental, physical, and verbal abuse by leaders and loyal members. After leaving the group, she became the target of an organized smear campaign launched by IUIC itself, which has included years of harassment, defamation, and online attacks.

  • ESPN Under Fire: Will They Hold Shannon Sharpe Accountable?
    Apr 27 2025

In this episode, we break down the serious allegations facing ESPN commentator Shannon Sharpe, including a $50 million civil lawsuit filed in April 2025 and a troubling history of past accusations. While Sharpe denies the claims, the severity of these allegations demands immediate, transparent action from ESPN.

I discuss why accountability matters, how institutions must respond to misconduct, and why standing up for survivors is not up for debate — even when the truth makes people uncomfortable.

We also address common pushback and explain how suspending Sharpe and launching an independent investigation protects the integrity of journalism, sports, and survivor advocacy.
