À propos de cet audio
In this podcast, I talk about how my anxiety originated during childhood and how my panic attacks led to generalised anxiety disorder (GAD). I discuss the need for greater awareness of mental health in schools and how a lack of this affected my school experience. I also briefly mention some activities I like to do to help me calm down when I am feeling anxious.
