À propos de cet audio
Two months after the events in the north of Kosovo, and more than ten years after the start of the dialogue, the Kosovo-Serbia relations have been increasingly tense, and seemingly no closer to an agreement. If the dialogue was a patient, we will ask our panelists to identify the illnesses and the cures and try to make sense of the developments that have once again shaken the citizens of these two countries, and the region. The process of the dialogue has shifted throughout the years, but two of the essential aspects to its success continue to be elusive, namely recognition of Kosovo’s statehood by Serbia, and the establishment of the Association of Serb Municipalities by Kosovo. The discussion is an invitation to the panelists to reflect on the past decade of the dialogue and to offer some clarity on the position of the various entangled actors, as well as offer potential ways forward.
