Listeria causes a severe and sometimes fatal systemic infection in the very young, older frail individuals, and those with weakened immune systems. Listeria can also trigger miscarriages and stillbirths. The affected grated pecorino Romano and grated Romano cheese items have sell by dates from November 21, 2025 through May 11, 2026. Also impacted are EverRoast chicken caesar salad and wraps with a Best By date of 11/22/2025.
The recalled products were sold at Kroger retail stores in Kentucky and Indiana.
