Welcome to the first episode where I don't talk to myself or a blow up doll, although, I did have a lot of fun. I had a lot more fun this time around, even if the conversation was very raw, real, and vulnerable. That's what made it such a wonderful night-a safe space to share her story, talk about addiction, bring humour and joy and passion into the room, and be human.

As I started this podcast, I've been hit with a lot of ah ha moments, eye openers, and challenges.
