Carolyn Ulitsky is a Master Certified BodyMind Coach and Muscle Therapist with over 20 years of experience in holistic healing. Her work integrates Trigger Point Therapy, sports and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and Reiki to address both physical pain and its deeper root causes.

Originally trained in sports massage, Carolyn noticed that many clients, especially athletes, were trapped in cycles of chronic, recurring pain that traditional treatments only managed temporarily. This insight led her to expand her training across multiple healing modalities and complete a year-long Master Coach program, allowing her to support clients in healing the emotional and lifestyle patterns underlying chronic pain.

Carolyn believes pain is the body’s signal that change is needed. Her mission is twofold: to help clients relieve pain effectively and to guide them toward sustainable lifestyle shifts that create long-term vitality, energy, and a renewed sense of well-being.

Carolyn has published several books encouraging others to break free and know their creative soul on a whole other level.
