  • The Plagues - 250304
    Jul 19 2025

The confrontation between Moses and Pharaoh to free the Israelites from slavery was dramatic, and deadly – evident from the ten plagues inflicted on Egypt. But there was much more to it: God wanted to free Pharaoh and the Egyptians from their yoke of slavery to idolatry. This showdown with life and death consequences is symbolic of the great controversy between Christ and Satan. Today’s study will discuss this fascinating topic.

  • Oppression: The Background and the Birth of Moses - 250301
    Jun 28 2025

Today begins a new series on the second book in the Bible: Exodus. Israel’s departure from Egypt, the miraculous crossing of the Red Sea, and the giving of the 10 commandments — all these and more tell us of a loving God who would later give His Son to die for the sins of the world. Our plan is to search the book of Exodus to better understand what God is like: a God of love, justice, patience, freedom, and forgiveness.

  • Images of the End - 250213
    Jun 21 2025

There are two important truths that we must understand about God’s judgment in the end times: Firstly, everyone will be informed and warned. No one can claim they did not know. Secondly, there will come a time when it will be too late to repent. There are three stories from the Old Testament that are ‘Images of The End’ and illustrate these two truths. Today’s lesson will explore the special relevance of these stories for the final generations living before Christ returns.

The first directly relates to the events described in Revelation 13, while the second reveals the conditions Christians will face in the last days. Join us as we discuss these two precursors and uncover the significance they hold for us today.
