    In this episode of life.aesthetic, I talk about one of the hardest phases of my life — losing close friends I once trusted, the emotional spiral that followed, and how I slowly found ways to take my power back.

    I share 6 things that genuinely helped me move on:

    • Accepting that people have a right to choose

    • The “Let Them” theory

    • Managing impulsive thoughts with “Not Now Mind”

    • Crying when I need to

    • Creating a new identity instead of chasing closure

    • Trusting that what’s mine will always find me
