She is the President of TCA Management a Boutique Talent Agency that represents Actors, Producers, and Writers. She has many accomplishments under her Belt and has been seen in Forbes, Hollywood Reporter, Black Enterprise, and Essence. Tracy has Represented a variety of Top Talent in Hollywood Such as Mona Scott Young, Academy Award Wonner Octavia Spencer, Emmy and Golden Globe Winner Jeremy Piven and Elizabeth Moss, Toni Braxton, and Tisha Campbell just to name a Few. Tracy has also added Fashion Designer to her Repertoire and launched her High End Plus Size Clothing line called Sante Grace.
