POE’s signature firebeat class is a combination of HIIT and Pilates movements in a heated room of 105-110 degrees farenheit. Liz’s husband Ian recently opened Swelle Juice Co just two doors down, offering a variety of fresh juices and smoothies, made with their favorite ingredients sourced from across the country.
