À propos de cet audio

The show will talk about how human resources professionals can optimally impact their workplaces, focusing a lot of what is happening culturally, politically and economically currently that may be driving change. I am passionate about HR getting “ahead” of the curve and not always being in a reactive mode, as is mostly the case it seems. In addition, up and coming HR professionals seem to have less meaningful mentoring, especially with so much work from home being a norm. Potential topics I am looking to tackle are how the student loan crises may be impacting the requirement for degrees, employee finances, etc., how can employers be impactful partners with the MAHA movement and help make their employees healthier, the pros and cons of AI, especially when our focus is people, how do we embrace all generations in the workforce and get out of the stereotyping and “us vs them” culture.© 2025 MOVE THE NEEDLE People and Culture Podcast Économie
