She is a four-time National Triple Jump Championship medalist, she's a TEDx and keynote speaker. I know her because she a graduate of our ILM programme for Senior and Executive Level Coaches. And you may have seen her starring on our Youtube Channel - because Shanara presented a great online session for us - one of our Learning Labs - about tensions that crop up between 3 thngs we're deeply interested in:
