It's time to tap our Maple trees here in Minnesota so this week we're exploring the history and science behind making Maple Syrup, something everyone can do, even if you only have a tree or two. And we are doing a deep dive into how to clean, care for, and revive your garden tools to get ready for spring gardening to keep them lasting and in good shape for years to come.
Eating foraged plants should only be done by experts, eating foraged plants may result in being poisoned. While the edibility of plants is discussed in this podcast, you should not consume foraged plants or mushrooms without the in-person advice from an expert.
