Monkey on my back is a metaphor of my fight with mental health. I hope the journey that I create with this podcast will encourage other men to talk openly about how they have overcome adversity when they felt there was no hope.

In this introductory episode, I speak briefly about my journey.

I passionately want others to contribute towards this podcast and help to destigmatize mental health in men.
