This is my first meditation of many more to come. The intention is set and you will be guided through a meditation. This is perfect for beginners wanting to start their own journey. I began mine feeling I was unable to meditate due to my racing thoughts. With practice, I am now able to be at peace and the effects of it are amazing.
Do not feel defeated on your first try. This is to be done without judgment. If thoughts come in, let them float away. Don't fight them or judge yourself for having them. Let it be, and let them go.
