Unlike our other meditation practices, your goal here is not to focus your attention. It is to release it. Join our founder, David, as he guides you through a gentle body scan, inviting every part of you, from head to toe, to soften, grow heavy, and relax.
There is nothing you need to do, and there is no way to get this wrong. This is simply an invitation to get comfortable and allow the day to melt away. The audio is designed to gently fade out, letting you continue sinking and drifting into a peaceful night's rest.
