After completely rebuilding in 2023, I discovered that the thing that kept me grounded was my daily routine—the discipline that reminded me every single morning that I could do hard things.
Now, as I take on the 75 Hard challenge, I’m talking about what it really means to commit, how to recognize the moments we self-sabotage, and why resilience isn’t just about pushing through—it’s about who we believe ourselves to be. I’ll share how identity and faith play a powerful role in overcoming fear and procrastination, and why choosing discomfort is often the very thing that makes us stronger.
