Tony speaks with the wonderful Michelle Kot about starting out in volunteering at the age of 4 through to working with victims of crime, animal welfare and retail. Now she makes a significant impact in the mental health and suicide prevention space, winning the Sharon Claydon Volunteer Service Award in 2024. She also runs dancing in the dark, a safe space for people to dance like no one's watching!
