For the past few weeks we’ve been in a series, following the episode I released in May called “Beyond the Shell: Rebuilding Identity in grief.” If you haven’t listened to it, I encourage you to go back and do so. We seek to understand how we can rebuild our lives and identities when everything we know feels lost. That episode covered several tools that can help with that process. Since then, we’ve been breaking that apart and going into more detail of each tool. Today, we cover mindfulness and how that can help us rebuild our identity and heal from our loss.
