In our third mini-episode, we discuss a hitherto neglected piece of evidence relating to the MacDonald murders, which a 2018 4th Circuit Court of Appeals decision claimed had been tested. We checked with the US Attorneys in North Carolina: it hasn't been. This piece of evidence remains in the possession of the United States government. Testing it could solve the MacDonald murders, once and for all.
