Before Liz came to work for us at Jen Belanger Nutrition, she worked as a nutritionist for the Kansas City Royals. Liz is going to talk to us about everything sports, including those higher intensity and more serious teen athletes with higher nutrition needs. She also gives us her opinion on sports drinks and if they do actually have a place in sports.
