    Following our last repost on immunity up with our episode on multivitamins. If you have ever questioned if you child should be taking a multivitamin or wondered if you should keep your child on their multivitamin then this one is for you. In this episode we look at a research study that investigated multivitamins for kids and if they actually meet the nutrient needs of our children. Multivitamins can be expensive and they're all slightly different; it can be hard to choose the right one. We'll give you the 411 and tell you if a multivitamin is the right choice for your child.
