Prepare to be inspired and leave your excuses behind!
Wesley Hamilton, Founder & Executive Director of Disabled But Not Really, shares his transformation story: from victim to victor.
Gunshot wounds left him with a spinal cord injury and an unfamiliar life in a wheelchair. Depression and the feeling of hopelessness set it. But as a single father, he needed to change. He started with changing his mindset and says, "Fitness and nutrition soon entered the picture, and I became empowered."
This led to the establishment of Disabled But Not Really (DBNR). DBNR works with people living with disability, the companies they may work for, and the communities in which they live. They provide inclusive training and support blended environments that work best for everyBODY!
