    My guest today is Ken Holt, an Indie Artist and Songwriter in the Americana genre out of Jacksonville, Florida. Ken plays bass, guitar and mandolin. He’s also served as a Pastor and Youth Minister in the Presbyterian Church. He’s played professionally since the mid 70s, having performed with the New England band The Blend, opening for The Who, ZZ-Top, Hall & Oats, 38-Special, Loggins and Messina, The Outlaws, Blue Oyster Cult, Charlie Daniels, Foghat and more. Today we’ll talk about The Americana genre, his gigs was an Indie Artist, his gear, and as always share helpful info to help all of us Indies make our way in The Industry.

    My guest today is speaker, trainer, published author, and hard rock keyboardist Matt DiMaio aka Zed Maestro aka The EnterTrainer. His books include “How to Remember People’s Names”, “Forgetful No More”, and “Straight ‘A’ Strategies for Successful Online Learning”. He’s performed not only locally in Tampa, FL but also with some heavy hitters like George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic, Cypress Hill, Fuel, and The Wailers just to name a few. On his YouTube channel “Be Smarter Faster” he gives viewers mental tips, tactics, and techniques to do just that…Be Smarter Faster. His channel also provides videos complete with original compositions and images that help people study and also has tracks from his motivational album Learning Machine. Today we’ll talk about his gigs spanning over (2) decades, his gear (maybe if we’re nice he’ll tell us a little about his custom keyboard rig), and with him being a motivational speaker, we’ll get some good info that we can take with us and use no matter where we go or what we do…
