Leading up to the Boston Marathon that takes place each year on Patriots Day, just a few days away from now, guest Mick Garrison and I talk about the Boston Marathon and what it means to each of us personally, and to our running careers.
In 2016, just weeks before self-surrendering to prison, Mick and I ran the Boston Marathon together. During this dark time in my life the NXT AID STN Mentality was born as I used it to get me through those torturous months between pleading and prison (6 months).
In 2018, my final aid station in prison was watching the Boston Marathon - just two days before being released back home to my family. The Boston Marathon will always have a special place in my heart.
