Inspired by the story of Zacchaeus, we set out what our plans are for this year. As a church, we will make room and always pull up an extra chair to the table. We may be misunderstood and we may be criticised, but grace is always risky and mercy seems reckless. We will not be stingy with the love Jesus gives us and therefore we choose to share what we have and invite others to experience this new life too. What do we need to heal a world of broken friendships, relationships and hearts? What do we need to stop hurting one another? What do we need to stop re-offending? What our world needs isn't necessarily more people who claim to be spiritual. It needs Jesus followers who are all headed toward one particular thing - being more like Jesus.
