  • Freedom to Grow Within the Church
    Sep 23 2025

    From Free At Last with

Many Christians resemble prisoners of war, held captive by circumstances, situations, addictions, pain, and problems that hinder their ability to live out the life God has intended for them. They recite familiar phrases, sing the same songs, and quote well-known verses, but these words fail to resonate with their reality. They are not truly free. We adorn ourselves with decorations, convinced that we will never achieve true liberation; instead, we settle for a "bondage" that feels familiar. We disguise our struggles with our attire, appearances, friendships, ministries, and church involvement, avoiding the need to confront our challenges. The central question of this series is: How can we find true freedom? How can we experience a transformation that goes deeper than the surface? Each week, we will explore these questions and examine how the gospel of grace can lead us to the liberation we have been seeking.
