Nathalia Arja (@nathaliaarja on Instagram) was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. At 14, she began dancing with the Compania de Ballet do Rio de Janeiro. At 15, she received a full scholarship to attend Miami City Ballet School where she trained for 3 years. She joined Miami City Ballet in 2009 & was promoted to principal soloist in 2016. In March 2020 Nathalia was promoted to Principal dancer!

SAMANTHA HOPE Galler (@lifeisadebut on Instagram) was born in Bedford, Massachusetts. From 2004-2008, she attended Boston Ballet School & was awarded the PAO Merit Scholarship. From 2009-2014 she was privileged to perform corps de ballet, soloist & principal roles in Alabama Ballet.  In May 2014, she joined Miami City Ballet & in October 2023 was promoted to Principal dancer!

Ari hosts the Growth, Grace, Gratitude Podcast! She is a pre-med/psychology graduate, a professional ballerina, columnist, & author who grew up performing at Lincoln Center with New York City Ballet, Miami City Ballet, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, & at Madison Square Garden. Her poem book "Long Distance Love" is out! Her unique upbringing has inspired her to open up the conversation with experts in their field for growing in self-development. From everyone’s favorite Qigong Joe the Drummer Boy to Astrologer Valerie Mesa to Neurophysiologist Toby Pasman, our guests are diverse & motivational in their approach to lending their expertise.
