In this episode we are joined by Róisín Á Costello, a practising Barrister and Assistant Professor of EU Law at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. She is the author of Privacy Law in Ireland which was published recently. Róisín researches and works on EU law, fundamental rights (with a particular focus on privacy and property rights), media law, language rights, and law and literature. In our episode today we discuss zones of privacy, the importance of case law in this area, and the difficulty of establishing the scope of privacy law.
