    A rising star in the Golf Instruction industry, Nathalie Sheehan has an easy way of explaining and teaching golf-swing and game improvement concepts. Based at The Pelican Club in Tampa, Florida, a Golf Digest Best Young Teacher and hosts a Game Improvement show on The Golf Channel.

    She joins #OntheMark to talk about the value of good drills to learn and improve golf-swings. She demonstrates (on YouTube - Mark Immelman's page) and explains the following drills and how they work:

    • The Waist to Waist Drill - to control clubhead speed
    • The Wrist Hinge and Re-hinge Drill - to release the golf-club and hit square shots
    • The Slo-Mo Wedge Play Drill - to improve Wedge play and distance control
    • The Better Backswing Drill - to improve the alignment and pivot of the backswing, and

    Tom Stickney is a Golf Magazine Top 100 Teacher and a Golf Digest Top 50 International Instructor. He is a specialist in Biomechanics for Golf, Physiology, and 3d Motion Analysis, and has been a Director of Instruction for almost 30 years at clubs and resorts around the world. Tom is still sought after by leading players on various Professional Tours for help with their respective games.

    Stickney joins Mark Immelman to discuss golf instruction, game improvements and how a number of "Old School" swing ideas and feels are still relevant in today's game. As he and Mark draw parallels between golfers past and present, Tom introduces the following feels and thoughts:
