This episode is with Mark Adamcyzk and Andrew Iler who both have been aiding in the release of records relating to the John F. Kennedy Assassination, the work they have uncovered and bought to representative Luna have produced two JFK related hearings and the release of stored records. In this episode we will discuss some of the records withheld and what can be done to the agencies for lying and withholding these records for long past the ARRB determined they should be released.

Mark E. Adamczyk is an attorney from Naples, Florida. Mark is a graduate of Tulane University and Florida State University College of Law. For the past 20 years, Mark has been studying the JFK assassination and related United States history. Mark's recent focus has been the JFK Records Collection Act, the federal law that guarantees the public disclosure of the history surrounding the JFK assassination. Mark is dedicated to ensuring that the U.S. Government complies with its remaining obligations under the JFK Records Collections Act.

Andrew A. Iler is an Ontario-based lawyer, who has has developed a comprehensive base of knowledge in and around the John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992 and the legal aspects of the official investigations into the assassination of President Kennedy. This episode will discuss recent JFK news in regards to hearings, documents and the ARRB final determination notices that determined the deadline of how long files should be withheld from the public.

Tim Smith has been a college professor for 35 years. He currently teaches philosophy, logic, world religion and intro to Biblical Hebrew. He has an interest in all aspects of the Kennedy assassination, especially the physical evidence in the case. The focus of this discussion will be largely directed towards the acoustic evidence and how it has become controversial amongst researchers, also how it proves conspiracy but conflates with other things such as the windshield.

Steven Gaines is an author, journalist, and radio show host who has written various best selling books that include Philistines at the Hedgerow: Passion and Property in the Hamptons, The Love You Make: An Insider's Story of The Beatles, Heroes and Villains: The True Story of the Beach Boys, and Marjoe, the biography of evangelist Marjoe Gortner. This episode we focus on his journalistic career and some of the work and perspective he had that led to his two works on the Beatles and the Beach Boys.

John Moretta is a seasoned historian with a Ph.D. from Rice University and extensive teaching experience at Central College, Houston Community College, and the University of Houston.
