When Philadelphia Phillies president of baseball operations Dave Dombrowski sat down for his annual October press conference, he offered intriguing comments about Phillies star first baseman Bryce Harper. At one point, Dombrowski wondered aloud if Harper would return to being an elite player after his worst season as a Phillie in 2025.
