Tyrese Maxey looked fantastic in his return and VJ Edgecombe continues to show growth right before our eyes as the Sixers pick up the huge win over the New York Knicks, 116-107. Maxey, Edgecombe and Co. outlasted Jalen Brunson, Karl-Anthony Towns, Mikal Bridges and Mitchell Robinson in the 76ers' impressive win. Jared McCain found his shooting touch with Andre Drummond and Dominick Barlow tremendous in their roles. Paul George had an off-scoring night, going 2-10 from the floor. Paul George goes off for a personal Sixers career-high 35 points, but it wasn't enough as the 76ers lose another nail-biter to the Atlanta Hawks 120-117. Philadelphia had a chance on the final possession to tie the game and force overtime, but Quentin Grimes' three-pointer fell short, resulting in a second consecutive loss to the Hawks. Joel Embiid turned back the clock to help the Sixers take down the Pacers 115-105. With Tyrese Maxey sitting out because of an illness, Embiid picked up the scoring slack with a season-high 39 points in the win.
