À propos de cet audio

POV:WW2 is an immersive, action-packed history podcast that brings World War II to life through true, cinematic combat stories from the front lines. Each episode drops you into the middle of the action, using archival research, authentic sound design, and narrative storytelling to make the war feel immediate and visceral. Whether you're a lifelong WW2 history fan or someone who never connected with the Second World War in school, these sound-rich stories reveal the human experience behind the battles — from American soldiers fighting across the European theater to the chaos, courage, and split-second decisions that shaped their survival. For those who love history… and those who think they don’t.Copyright 2025 Fernando J. Prieto Monde Sciences sociales

  • Midseason Break | Season Returns Veteran's Day - Nov. 11th
    Sep 24 2025

We’re halfway through season one of POV:WW2. Three episodes are out, and there are three more to go.

I’ll be taking a short midseason break. These stories take a lot of research and care, and I want to make sure the second half of this season has the same depth, accuracy, and storytelling quality as what you’ve already heard.

The podcast will be back on Veterans Day, November 11th. What better moment to continue this journey than a day when we honor those who served. That’s when Episode Four will drop, and then the final two episodes will follow in the weeks after.

Thanks for listening and please remember to review the podcast where you listen and spread the word about it. Thank you so much! -Fernando
