    Paula Adler spent almost 40 years working in professional services (33+ years with PwC in domestic and global roles) based out of the US, operating in a high-pressure, high-demand work environment. While loving her organisational career, she discovered that she wanted to transition out of organisational life to create space to have a different kind of impact and life.
