À propos de cet audio

Perfection Is Overrated. Let's be honest—nobody's living this "perfect" life they pretend to post about. Nia (@nia_e) x Kree (@kree_) drop the act and get into the real conversations women are starving for. Mental health, sisterhood, love, boundaries, family drama, joy, grief, nothing's off-limits and nothing's sugar-coated. Each week, we peel back the layers and sit in the truth, the messy kind, the healing kind, the kind that makes you laugh so hard you forget what you were even saying. We're here to be honest and soft and to remind you that being human is more than enough. Because perfection? Girl… that's the most overrated thing on the planet. • DON'T TAP THE GLASS
    Mar 13 2026

Don't Tap the Glass - You know those signs at the zoo or aquarium that say "Please don't tap the glass"? Yeah… this episode is basically that — but for people.

This week we're talking about protecting your peace and respecting other people's too. Sometimes we get curious, messy or a little too comfortable poking at situations that were honestly doing just fine. Whether it's friendships, family dynamics or old feelings we should've left alone… tapping the glass can wake up things that didn't need to be disturbed.

Also, this episode is a little bittersweet because it's the final episode of this series. But don't worry — we'll be back next Fall/Winter with Season Three and even more conversations, laughs and real talk. 🎙️

A huge thank you to Moon Arch and Roses for sponsoring this season, Grammy Award winner @PCbeatz for producing our intro song and to every single person who showed up and tuned in with us every Friday. Your support truly means everything.

We appreciate you more than you know and we can't wait to be back with you next season.

  • MISERY LOVES COMPANY
    Mar 6 2026

In today's episode, Nia and Kree unpack the saying "Misery Loves Company." What does it really mean in adulthood, and how does it show up in our relationships, friendships, and everyday interactions?

We explore the difference between compassion and contamination being supportive for someone versus slowly getting pulled into cycles that were never yours to carry.

Sometimes pain looks for an audience because being alone in hurt feels unbearable. But where is the line between being there for someone and losing your own peace?

Nia shares a personal story about bonding with someone through shared heartbreak and how connections built on unresolved trauma instead of true compatibility can keep us stuck longer than we realize.

  • HEALING IN MY HEELS
    Feb 22 2026

This episode gets real about mental health, no filters, no curated versions of "I'm fine."

We talk about what healing actually looks like in everyday life, going to therapy even when you don't feel like it, setting boundaries that make people uncomfortable, choosing rest over burnout and doing the slow, honest work of self awareness. It's not glamorous. It's consistent.

We also get into plant based healing, including ayahuasca and why more people like T Grizzley, Mike Tyson are curious about it. It's not a magic fix but it speaks to something deeper, people are looking for relief, clarity, and peace in ways that feel meaningful to them.

We reflect on women like Kerry Washington, Cheslie Kryst and Nina Simone to highlight a hard truth- success, beauty, and talent don't shield anyone from struggle. You can look put together and still be carrying a lot.

Healing isn't loud. It's deliberate. And most of the time, it's happening quietly.
