Hello Beautiful people - I hope you all are doing well. Recent experiences of life have really made me face my emotions quiet heads on and made me sit down with my self to acknowledge + honour them. Usually when we are going through what we are, its sometimes easier to brush our emotions away, but more of a challenge to sit with them and understand why we feel what we do. I hope this reminder helps you realise that your emotions are valid and its okay for you to feel what you do
