What an opening day that was! Nerves may have been shredded by the end but the lads dug deep to win 3-2 at Burton Albion and start the season on a high.
Tom Bayliss was instrumental in the win, providing crosses for two of the three goals. He thought we started well and responded well to going one goal down.
And head coach Michael Skubala is keen to take the momentum from the victory into Tuesday's Carabao Cup clash with Harrogate Town.
