Yes yes, we know it has been a while, but this Fall has been insane! From the normal Autumn stressors to COVID, the world has been rapidly changing, so when the election came around it hit everyone pretty hard emotionally. It feels like it impacted every person in the country so heavily, that it forced people to stop and sit with their emotions whether they wanted to or not.
In this week's episode, we debrief our pre, during, and post-election feelings and how it impacted us the past two weeks: inability to do work, lack of focus, tears, laughter, and everything in between.
