Kisha A Brown Esq. is a civil rights attorney, legal innovator, and the founder and CEO of Justis Connection – The Black Lawyer Directory. With a career spanning litigation, legislative advocacy, and tech entrepreneurship, Kisha is on a mission to make justice more accessible to Black people.

She has served as Director of Civil Rights for the Maryland Attorney General‘s office, as well as led the Baltimore City Civil Rights Office and authored key state laws. She’s been named the 2023 Justice Champion and one of the most influential women in Legal tech. Kisha now uses her national platform to help Black attorneys grow their practices through strategic visibility aligned with purpose-driven business development.
