This time of year is a great time to test your business systems. Your systems form the structure of your business and are made up of people (both employees and clients), procedures, policies and some technology. You work with these systems everyday but nothing stays constant. People change, procedures change and tech changes. Consequently, it’s a great idea to test the systems once a year to make sure they are still working optimally. That’s our topic today!
