In this episode, I talk about putting yourself on the list - an absolute requirement in order to create the change that you want to create - but I talk about it from a realistic perspective. But the thing I know to be true is that there is a place for you on the list. And I want to help you find it.

Because the only way to create the habits you want to create and to lose the weight you want to lose is to find yourself on the list. And the way to create habits that LAST and to lose weight for GOOD is to do it in a way that works WITH your life - no matter how busy or demanding it is. But I also know that the only way you will put yourself on the list is if it feels possible. It's gotta be simple. It's gotta be doable - so that's what I'm serving up in this episode.
