Her mom, having worked as a nurse with children with special needs early in her career, said "Sweetheart, what's the problem?" and Rachael knew in that moment; its all going to be okay.
Rachael's husband talks about how Leo instinctively reaches for people, particularly men - and as these grown men who are rough around the edges hold Leo, he thaws their heart, and its like a miracle to watch.
