Overview: In this episode, Dr Toyin Nwafor and Dr Andrew Zolopa provide an overview of the HIV treatment landscape both globally and in the United States. They highlight the current gaps in the HIV care continuum, emphasize the importance of rapid start and viral suppression in reducing HIV transmission through sex and describe initiatives and strategies aimed at closing these gaps to help end the HIV epidemic in the United States.
