ReBoost Nasal Spray has been found to contain yeast, mold, and bacterial contamination including Achromobacter. ClearLife Allergy Nasal Spray has also been found to contain Achromobacter. contamination that may be linked to, at levels above specifications. Affected are all lots with dates from December 2022 to December 2025.
These products were sold through retail stores and online at medinatura.com between December 2022 and December 2025.
